Performance/Ofsted/SIAMS

Our last inspection by Ofsted took place in March 2019.

We are rated as a GOOD school.  Click here to read the full report on the Ofsted website.

As we are a Church of England school, we also have a National Society Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools.  Our last SIAMS inspection took place in October 2019.  We were rated as a GOOD school.  Click here to view the report.

We are delighted, based on last year’s Key Stage 2 test results, that most of our pupils achieved the expected standard in Reading; Grammar, Punctuation and Spelling and Mathematics. This is testament to the hard work and commitment of our staff who do their utmost to meet the needs of each and every child in our care.

The Government will not publish KS2 school level data for the 2021/2022 academic year.  They have archived data from the 2018/2019 academic year because they recognise that the data from that year may no longer reflect current performance. We are however still required to publish this data on our website.

The nature of performance tables and statistics means that they only tell a part of a school’s story. Our relatively small cohorts mean that the results from one child can make the difference between then whole group achieving or not achieving a target. Our pupils are successful in many areas of the curriculum showing that we are working together to achieve our target of giving all of our children the opportunity to realise their potential and to be the best they can possibly be.   You can read more information about our performance here
